"Twelve Money Darts" tells the story of Liu Hanyun, the son of Liu Zhaohong, the Chief Guard of the Presidential Palace, in the early years of the Republic of China. In order to avenge his father, Liu Hanyun uses the pseudonym Yang Hua (played by Chen Jianfeng) to infiltrate the Tianjin Anping Escort Agency under the leadership of "Twelve Money Darts" Yu Jianping (played by Yuan Biao).
