During the War of Resistance Against Japan, a game team was active on the railway lines in the Lincheng and Zaozhuang areas of southern Shandong. Under the leadership and organization of team leader Liu Hong (Cao Huiqu) and political commissar Li Zheng (Feng Qi), the team cooperated with the main force to give heavy blows to the Japanese army, and was affectionately known as the "Flying Tiger Team" by the local people.
