"Chasing Gold" tells the story of ten boxes of stolen gold from a gold mine in Hainan. The task force led by Du Zhongxiong was ordered to go to Hong Kong and work together with the SAR police to investigate this case. The stolen gold was taken by skilled workers Luo Qiang and Xu Biao through a joint effort. Xu Biao's partner, Zhou Heng, set up a trap to try to kill Xu and monopolize his private goods, but was instead caught by Xu Biao
